A small kitchen with a stubborn idea
That the food you eat every day should fit you — your body, your diagnosis, your goals.
Nobody would make my food, so we did
In December 2025, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. My diet changed immediately, and I started cooking every meal from scratch — it was the only way to be sure of exactly what I was eating. Food can't cure colitis, but it can help to control symptoms and reduce the risk of complications like colon cancer. With so much of it out of my hands, what I ate was one of the few parts I could control.
Unfortunately, cooking quickly took over my life. What I wanted was simple: the food I needed, without spending all my evenings and weekends making it. Nothing out there did that — every meal service had its own menu, and their menu wasn't my diet. Private chefs are extremely expensive. So I built this one. You send us your recipes, we cook them.
Meeting individual needs, one plate at a time
Most of the people we cook for come to us with something specific to solve. A cardiologist's sodium ceiling. Two hundred grams of protein a day without eating chicken breast eleven times a week. Coeliac disease in a household where nobody else has it. Chemotherapy that has made almost everything taste like metal except three particular dishes.
Those are the problems we're built for. We'll cook a recipe exactly as written, or we'll work with you to adjust it until it hits a number your dietitian gave you — and then we'll cook it that same way every time, so the thing that worked keeps working.
